Exhibitor Benefits
Each 8' x 10' booth and 6' Table Top Display includes the following:
- Three exhibitor representative registrations * (must be at least 21 years old)
- 8' high back drape

- Listing in the March/April issue of The New Brewer magazine (if contracted for booth space by January 15, 2010)

The exhibitor kits from Freeman Decorating will be available in January, 2010.
Booth price does not include admittance to the seminars or brewery tours. Upgraded exhibitor registrations, which include seminars, may be purchased by exhibitor representatives. Table Top Display Space Sold Out
Table Top Displays
A standard 6' long x 2' wide draped table and identification sign is provided. The tables are 30 inches high. All tables will have 8' high drape behind the display table where the ID sign will be placed. Audiovisual aids or equipment may not by played at a level to interfere with adjacent displays. Display items must fit on top of the table. Exhibitor representatives will stand in front of the display table. All display items must fit on TOP of the table provided. No items may be displayed on the floor. Vendors shall not sublet booths or assign this lease without the prior consent of Brewers Association.
No beer or other alcohol products are allowed to be served at exhibit tables. Beer will be served only at sponsored Beer Stations.
All display materials must be confined to the limits of the table top.

About the Additional Exhibits Area
The Table Top Displays will be located on Level 2 of the hotel, one floor above the exhibit hall. There is an escalator just outside the main exhibit hall that leads directly to the Table Top Exhibits. We have several rooms available for Table Top Displays. 19 tables in the Mayfair Room have been filled. We are now selling tables in the Missouri Room. We will assign tables in the order in which applications are received. See Table Top Display Area (PDF file).
Food, beer and tables for seating will be located on this level which will help drive traffic to the area. Hospitalities are also taking place on this level, creating more activity in the area.
Conference attendees will be excited to view more equipment, services and supplies and the hotel will be abuzz with your craft beer industry customers. Don't delay table are filling quickly!

8' x 10' Booth Space Sold Out
Due to limited space, all exhibiting companies will be limited to a maximum of two 8' x 10' booth spaces. Please plan accordingly.
Chicago Sheraton River Exhibition Hall Attributes:
- Ceiling height is 10'6''
- Exhibit Hall is fully carpeted
- Street-level freight elevator: 11' x 10½' - 150 lbs per square foot
- River Hall roll-up doors: 11' x 10½'
- Electricity, telephone, networking, drain and water are available; utilities are built into the columns.

Please note, there is an addition $100-per-corner premium charge on corner booths.
Booth Height
Linear (in-line) booths are permitted to have a maximum of 8' 3" in the rear 4' of the booth. Perimeter wall booths are an exception and are permitted a maximum 10' in the rear 4' of the booth. If your booth exceeds 8' 3", reserve a perimeter wall location.

Visitor Passes
Each exhibiting company may request complimentary Visitor passes for their customers. These passes grant admission to BrewExpo America for one day and are only available to exhibiting companies. Passes must be requested by March 5, 2010 and are limited to 10 per booth. Please contact Robin Panzer to request guest passes.
