Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, the hotel is an easy walk to Chicago's finest attractions. The hotel is situated on the Chicago River, one block east of Michigan Avenue at Columbus Drive. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel in all public areas. There are no smoking guest rooms.

Health Club
To make your workout more enjoyable, the exercise room has TV monitors, exercise mats, reading racks. The Health Club features cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, Lifesteps, Lifecycles, spinning bikes . - LB Bistro and Patisserie: First restaurant venture for Laurent Branlard, winner of the 2008 World Pastry Championship, featuring a market bistro breakfast using the freshest ingredients for a full range of breakfast offerings. Also featuring a casual lunch with specialty sandwiches and salads and French comfort Bistro entrees.
- Link Café: Sheraton's Link Café opens its doors at 6:30am every day offering freshly brewed Starbucks® coffee, Fresh Bagels™, breakfast pastries, fresh fruit and sandwich selections. It's the perfect spot to relax over a cup of coffee, or grab one to go or sit back and surf the web.
- Java Bar: Great place for cool cocktails and to people watch open exclusively in the afternoon and late night lounge.
- Chi Bar: The new and exciting Chi Bar created by renowned designer, Jeffrey Beers, boasts innovative cocktails, the finest finger foods, a sleek ambiance, sweeping views and state-of-the-art sound and lighting system. Open daily 5 pm to 2 am.

- Chicago Burger Company: Located on the scenic Chicago River, this casual burger restaurant boasts the classics. - Shula's Steak House: Enjoy shula cut steaks and fresh seafood, at one of the top steakhouses in America. Named for Don Shula, the winningest coach in NFL history. The décor includes pictures and game balls from the '72 perfect season. Reservations strongly recommended.
