Brandon Schilling grew up in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon, and lives, works, and plays in the small-town Ashland. In 2010 Brandon graduated from SOU with a dual-degree in music and business, and came immediately to work for Standing Stone Brewing Company as service staff. He quickly acquired the title of waste manager, (a future he never foresaw) and began a process towards waste zero. Now, Schilling helps manage farmland and flock of chickens, cows, sheep and microorganisms. In all areas of work at Standing Stone, he is encouraged to challenge standards of the food, service, and agricultural industry.
