Camille Kerr
Research Director National Center for Employee Ownership
As the Research Director at the National Center for Employee Ownership, Camille manages the NCEO’s employee surveys, researches and writes articles for NCEO publications, and conducts independent research on employee ownership.
Before joining the NCEO, Camille worked for Workplace Innovation Consultants, a firm that uses organizational assessments to increase employee engagement and satisfaction at major companies. She earned a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was awarded a human rights fellowship and graduated cum laude. Camille received her undergraduate degrees in mathematics and international relations from the University of Southern California.
