Special Operations Investigator Tax and Trade Bureau

For the past 12 years Charlie Tull has been the TTB industry analyst for beer.  As the industry analyst for beer Charlie has been responsible for maintaining contact with all phases of activity within the beer industry, assisting in preparation of proposed legislation, identifying industry changes, assessing trends and current statistical results, and providing efficiency of service through attendance at seminars and industry meetings.

Effective November 13, 2011 TTB eliminated the Industry Analyst position.  Charlie has been reassigned to the Trade Investigations Division as a Special Operations Investigator.  Going forward Charlie will be involved in Bureau’s Trade Practice Program.
