Marty Jones is Conductor/Idea Man for Wynkoop Brewing Company, Colorado’s first brewpub. A beer journalist turned beer evangelist, Jones is a 15-year veteran of Colorado’s craft beer culture. He believes on-the-job joy, clever ideas and exuberant outreach to retailers, press and consumers are crucial for brewery success. A working songwriter/musician and “Bard of Beer Songs,” Jones is also a member of craft beer power trio, The Gourdians. He lives in Denver with his dream wife Lisa and the couple’s two bulldogs. He would rather fish for bass and catfish than rainbow trout.
