Being a SoCal native and a San Diego local for the last 18 years, developing a passion for great craft beer was imminent. I joined the Karl Strauss team in 2003 as the HR Administrator and after 8 ½ years I’m proud to still regularly say, “I love my job.”
With a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and a little over12 years experience working in various HR departments, I’m honored to be included on this panel of fellow HR beer lovers. My areas of specialty include compensation and benefits, labor law compliance, safety and workers’ compensation, writing policies and procedures, payroll/HRIS, and leaves of absence (to name a few).
