Nick Funnell

Nick Funnell has been brewing professionally since 1986, both in the UK and US. He has been Head Brewer for the Great American Restaurants’ Sweetwater Tavern brewpubs since their first location opened in 1996.  He is an instructor for the American Brewers Guild and has been a featured lecturer several times for the Smithsonian Institution. He is involved in all aspects of beer production from materials selection to sales and profitability.
