Rick Chow

Rick Chow joined TTB in March 2003 as a field Auditor.  He has since held positions as the Chief of Staff, Chief of Automated Business Programs and currently holds the title Program Manager, IT Solutions for Field Operations.  One of his primary duties in this role is to serve as the Program Manager and System Owner for Permits Online.  Prior to TTB Rick was employed by the General Electric Company and the E&J Gallo Winery.
