The 39th annual industry conference will be held May 2-5 in Minneapolis, concluding with prestigious World Beer Cup® ceremony
What
The Craft Brewers Conference® & BrewExpo America® (CBC™), America’s largest gathering of the craft brewing industry presented by the Brewers Association (BA), and World Beer Cup heads to the Twin Cities this spring. The Craft Brewers Conference delivers concentrated, affordable brewing education and idea sharing to improve brewery quality and performance. More than 11,000 brewing industry professionals will have the opportunity to meet with 500 exhibitors and hear from a wide range of speakers during seminars across eight different relevant educational tracks ranging from brewery operations to sustainability and government affairs.
BrewExpo America, the only industry trade show that serves brewpubs, taprooms, breweries, and wholesalers, brings together hundreds of exhibitors all in one location to provide an opportunity to develop business relationships, and helps brewing and brewery restaurant professionals encounter the latest and best products and services that industry vendors have to offer.
CBC 2022 also serves as home to the World Beer Cup, often referred to as “the Olympics of Beer.” Created in 1996 to celebrate the art and science of brewing, this global competition continues to create greater consumer awareness about different beer styles and flavor profiles while promoting international brewing excellence. The 2020 World Beer Cup was not held due to the pandemic and will return in 2022 as the most competitive to date with more than 11,000 entries anticipated. Competition winners will be announced in an awards ceremony in Minneapolis on May 5.
