Lawson’s Finest grew to a 7-barrel system in 2011 in a small sugarhouse-style shed next to their home, becoming a highly-sought after Vermont craft beer. In 2014, Lawson’s Finest launched an alternating proprietor arrangement at Two Roads Brewing Co., in Stratford, Connecticut where Sean brews their #1 flagship – Sip of Sunshine IPA. In 2018, Sean and Karen opened their Waitsfield brewery, taproom, and retail store, finally providing a destination in the Mad River Valley for lovers of Lawson’s Finest Liquids.
