Code of Conduct
The Brewers Association (BA) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of festival participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive for all audiences including people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate, nor is language or imagery that perpetuates a harmful stereotype.
Be kind. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned.
All event participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others. This applies to all attendees, brewers, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers and staff. Member breweries are expected to adhere to the Brewers Association Code of Conduct and Marketing and Advertising Code.
Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave at the sole discretion of Brewers Association. Thanks for helping to make this a welcoming event for all!
Age Verification
Attendees must be 21 years or older and must present valid government-issued ID. This is an industry conference and trade show and is not open to the public. All attendees must comply with posted warnings and policies at all times.
Waiver
As a condition of this meeting or event, participants waive any claim against the Brewers Association and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or against the presenters or speakers, for reliance on any information presented and release the BA from and against any and all liability for damage or injury that may arise from participation or attendance at the program. Participants understand and agree that all property rights in the material presented, including common law copyright, are expressly reserved to the presenter, speaker or to the BA. Participation in BA events and activities brings some risk and participants hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being. If another individual attends in the place of the original registrant, per BA transfer policy, the new registrant agrees to this disclaimer and waiver by default of transfer.
Photo Licensing
The Brewers Association intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in BA news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the BA website. By participating in this event, you grant the BA the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media become the property of the BA. Media may be displayed, distributed or used by the BA for any purpose.
