The Craft Beer Wholesaler Symposium requires separate registration. It is not included in any of the above registration packages, nor does it allow access to any of the other conference options above. The Craft Beer Wholesaler Symposium topics include: supplier-distributor interaction, logistics and warehouse, staff and business issues, information technology, sales strategy and sales team. Attendance is limited to licensed beer wholesalers who distribute the brands of more than one company. Proof of distributors license is required for eligibility. CLOSED TO MEDIA

The Micro Matic Draught Dispense Course requires separate registration. Learn the necessities for correct beer dispensing. This informative seminar will take you from the basics of equipment used through system design and installation. The program also covers how to maintain beer dispensing systems after installation. Seminar includes world-class training manual and support materials.

Optional World Beer Cup Pre-Awards Ceremony Dinner | Thursday

Please see below for information regarding the 2018 beer-paired dinner, held on May 3 at the Music City Center in Nashville.

Optional Beer-Paired Dinner – $95 Per Ticket

Thursday, May 3, 5:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The dinner takes place immediately before the 2018 World Beer Cup Awards Ceremony and guarantees a seat in the room for the awards. Ticket includes a three-course beer-paired dinner designed by Adam Dulye, Brewers Association executive chef.

Purchase terms:

  • Tickets are available at $95/ticket or $950/table (seats 10).
  • Tickets may be cancelled within 10 days of purchase without penalty.
  • Tickets cancelled after 10 days of original purchase date are non-refundable.
  • Ticket purchasers must be registered for Craft Brewers Conference.

A very limited number of seats are available for purchase at this special dinner, so be sure to purchase your ticket early. The deadline to purchase tickets is March 30, 2018.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please note: Welcome Reception and Brewery Tours are non-refundable and the below cancellation policy does not apply to these items.

Cancellations made by February 9, 2018 will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations made between February 10, 2018 and March 20, 2018 will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made after March 20 will not be refunded nor will credits for future conferences be issued.
