Sponsor FAQ

Exhibitors are not allowed to serve or dispense beer (even for display purposes only) from their booth. Beer service in the Expo is restricted to Sponsored Beer Stations only.

Here is a link to the Exhibitor FAQs on the CBC website that has additional information on exhibitor booths and general show info that may be helpful.

If you have any specific booth or exhibitor questions, please don’t hesitate to email us.

For sponsor activations with approved beer pouring, one bartender will be provided for your space. If you would like to order more, you can order additional staff through your sponsor representative before March 3, 2026 and you’ll be billed directly.

If your activation includes beer service, you’ll need to procure beer to pour in your space.  Our cellar crew manager Mike Aronson will be reaching out to you to facilitate beer service needs.  Cups, ice, jockey boxes or bus tubs, beer delivery, and everything you need to provide beer service to your guests will be taken care of by Mike and his awesome crew.  Detailed rules and deadlines apply for 2026, so please read all details before sending HERE.

Fun, creative giveaways are a staple of CBC and a fun way to pass along your brand—think stickers, koozies, buttons, branded apparel, and other memorable swag that helps drive booth traffic. However, please note that candy may not be distributed without a special daily permit and an associated daily corkage fee. In addition, no outside food is permitted in the convention center, and any product used as a “traffic driver” (including food, beverages, or consumables) must be purchased exclusively through Aramark, the official caterer. For complete details, permit requirements, and catering order forms, please visit the Exhibitor FAQs page, or expand the next section.

Exhibitors may also order food/beverage services (no alcohol) for their booth through the in-house caterer Aramark. See below for links:

The sponsor primary contact will receive a link to register all Exhibitor & Sponsor Credentials in one online location.  If you have additional questions or need further assistance you can email the Membership Team or your sponsor rep.

Order forms for lead retrieval services from Fetch will be available in January 2026 through the Freeman Online Exhibitor Services Kit.

Full info on serving food or non-alcohol beverages in your booth is available on our Exhibitor FAQs Page.  For any other questions about distributing non-alcohol beverages in your booth, please email us
