Sponsor FAQ

Exhibitors are not allowed to serve or dispense beer (even for display purposes only) from their booth. Beer service in the Expo is restricted to Sponsored Beer Stations only, and all Sponsored Beer Station opportunities are currently filled.  Join the waitlist HERE.

For Sponsored Beer Stations, one bartender will be provided for your space. If you would like to order more, you can order additional staff through your sponsor representative.

If you’re a Sponsored Beer Station in the Expo, you’ll need to procure beer to pour in your space.  Our Cellar Crew Manager Mike Aronson will be reaching out to you to facilitate beer service needs.  Cups, ice, jockey boxes or bus tubs, beer delivery and everything you need to provide beer service to your guests will be taken care of by Mike and his awesome crew.  

We love that you are excited to activate in your booth space in true Vegas style!  Our hosts at The Venetian Expo do require notification and approval of all events where mock gaming, games of chance, and prizes awarded by chance take place.  If you have an activation that falls into any of these classifications, you will be required to complete an Events Checklist HERE. You’ll enter an email address to receive a token ID, then can proceed with the application.  Approval process must be started 30 days before the event start date (Friday, March 22, 2024) in order to be processed.  Once you receive approval, please forward that to cbc@nullbrewersassociation.org.

Please login to your exhibitor dashboard and click on the Register Booth Staff tile.  Within that tile are the instructions and the link you will use to register.  As noted in the instructions, your badge code is in the upper right corner of the dashboard. Please make sure to enter the entire badge code.  If you have additional questions or need further assistance you can contact the events team at cbc@nullbrewersassociation.org, or your sponsor rep. Sponsor Badges are NOT in your exhibitor portal and that the code to register their Sponsor badges is included on your fulfillment sheet.

Lead retrieval is available as an additional service through American Tradeshow Services.  Lead retrieval services allow exhibitors to scan the credentials of attendees who visit their booth, obtaining full contact information including email addresses so that you are able to reach out to them after the show.  Please note that, as per new GDPR requirements, only attendees who “Opt-In” to allow exhibitors to receive their data will have scannable badges. You, as an exhibitor, will also be required to get explicit consent from those whose badges you wish to scan, so as not to violate GDPR requirements. Order directly through ATS HERE.

You can order audio visual, internet, power, shipping, and material handling for your booth space at an additional cost thru the Freeman Exhibitor Kit (https://www.freemanco.com/store/show/landing?showID=524042).

You should be receiving an automated message when there’s a new invoice marked Ready for Payment in your profile. Statements are available in your account where you view open orders under Profile and select Company Invoices / Receipts to view, pay and download receipts. To view all open invoices, just modify your date range, and expand all windows to view and download.
