Cancellation Policy
- The 2024 Craft Brewers Conference housing bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee per reservation for cancellations made on or after 1/31/2024.
- Cancellations made on or after 2/17/2024 will be charged an $80 cancellation fee per reservation. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*CBC24*.
- On or after March 17, 2024, hotel will charge a deposit of one night suite and tax per suite to guarantee accommodations. Individual deposis will be credited to individual reservations. Hotel will refund full deposit paid when individual suite reservations are cancelled a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the hotel arrival date. Cancellations made after this date will forfeit the deposit.
- Upon check-in, guest must present booking credit card. If the credit card is unavailable, guest’s deposit will be refunded to the booking credit card and another form of payment is required. A cash or credit card deposit of $150.00 per night is required upon check-in for incidentals and the balance of room and tax for the remainder of your stay.
- In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the Hotel will charge an early departure fee of $100 + tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any changes to the planned length of stay
