Wellness Area

By member request, CBC is proud to offer a wellness area provided by Office Meet Yoga for all attendees to enjoy! Take a break, catch your breath and allow yourself to recharge.

Wellness Lounge – Drop in for 15 or 20-minute guided meditation, chair yoga, and breath work in a wellness lounge. Designed for busy meetings as a quick way for attendees who want to recharge, relax and be inspired through mindfulness.

Chair Yoga – Gentle breathing and stretching exercises with use of chairs. Accessible to all levels and ages. No yoga mats, sweat, floor work or change of clothes needed.

Chair Massage – Drop in for quick complimentary chair massage.

Meditation – Take a mental break to recharge! Return to your day with increased energy and enthusiasm. Includes: a short discussion about meditation and awareness followed by a guided body, sensory and breath meditation.

Breath Work – Accessible and simple breathing techniques to promote relaxation in the body and mind.

Location: West Lobby, Street Level
